Cycle House is a boutique-style indoor cycling studio with a fun and friendly atmosphere. They are a rhythm-based studio so you can expect a ride with choreography, weights, and core work to incorporate a full-body workout. You will sprint, jog, climb, and dance!
9Round is a unique fitness circuit designed to give members a fun, high intensity, full-body workout in under 30 minutes. There are no set class times, meaning you can come whenever you want. The workout is comprised of 9 different stations, where you perform different sets of exercises at each station, changing stations every 3 minutes.
