Do you work for an Employer that has offered you an ICHRA? Follow this guidance to get enrolled:
1. Complete your ICHRA Enrollment Form with your employer and verify the contribution amount you should be receiving.
2. Shop for a plan!  You can schedule time with your team's advisor HERE or shop on your own using THIS LINK (but do NOT enroll on the site).
3. Submit your completed ICHRA Enrollment Form with your plan selection to your advisor or employer and we'll enroll you directly with the carrier.
4. Remember for individual plans coverage starts on the 1st of the following month, so don't delay!
